You wouldn't expect a white sand beach in the middle of Georgia but that's exactly what you'll find at Robin Lake Beach in Callaway Gardens. This is the world's largest manmade, white sand beach–it stretches a mile around 65-acre Robin Lake. The Beach is the hub of Summer activity at the Gardens and the center stage for our popular Summer Adventure program. pre-Summer Beach Hours run from May 26-30, 2008 Swimming: 10 am - 5 pm Paddleboats: 10 am - 5 pm Miniature golf, ping-pong and shuffleboard: 10 am - 5 pm Train: 10 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12 pm-1 pm) Hours and times are subject to change.
