Join us for a fantastic gardening experience with Georgia’s own garden guru, Walter Reeves. You’ll get practical, down-to-earth advice and insight into your gardening activities. You’ll also be inspired with innovations and plant suggestions. Callaway Gardens’ gardening experts will join Walter for an in-depth question and answer session. Bring your gardening questions and challenges to see if you can get your perplexing gardening issues solved! You will also be able to purchase some of Walter’s books and get them autographed.
After lunch you can spend the afternoon shopping and browsing at the Plant Fair and Sale.
Walter Reeves hosts a four-hour weekly gardening show on NewsTalk 750 WSB-AM, which captures the most listeners in Atlanta among all 23 competing radio stations each Saturday morning. Walter writes a weekly column of gardening tips and questions and answers for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Home & Garden section. He is known statewide through his numerous books, newspaper columns and magazine articles. His practical approach to the basics of Gardening makes him a popular and much sought-after lecturer.
