Committed to our legacy of environmental sustainability, we are proud to offer a variety of locally grown foods such as pasture-raised livestock. Pasturing helps reduce environmental damage, and yields meats, eggs, and dairy products which are tastier and more nutritious than foods produced on industrial farms.
Seafood in this category is abundant, well-managed, and caught or farmed in environmentally friendly ways.
We serve locally grown produce. Instead of fruits and vegetables that have been picked unripe and transported for days, you’re tasting fresh corn, beans, peas, squash that were rippling in sun-drenched rows less than 48 hours ago. They were picked by a farmer who had the time to look for the perfect moment. On taste you will find there are still farms where the fields are treated with care, not chemicals, and farmers use no pesticides. Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden is also a source of fresh produce that we have incorporated into our menus specifically fresh herbs.
By eating food produced locally, you are helping yourself, the environment, and your community.
We would be happy to customize any menu that will best suit your needs.
Please Note: Complimentary tastings from the plated dinners menu only are offered to the bride and groom for weddings of 100 guests or more.
