- Dinner buffet in Mountain Creek Ballroom from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. featuring slow roasted carved roast prime rib of beef, seared fillet of salmon with creamed corn, cajun crayfish cream, roasted herbed chicken with roasted garlic sauce and Chef's prepared dessert station including bananas foster (Lodge and Spa guests have the choice to eat in the Piedmont Dining Room or the Mountain Creek Ballroom)

Pet Policy
A limited number of Mountain Creek Inn rooms are available for guests bringing pets weighing less than 25 pounds. A $35 non-refundable fee applies at time of confirmation. Other than the above mentioned rooms, pets are not allowed inside any Callaway Gardens building, near the Bird of Prey shows or within the Robin Lake Beach area. All service animals are excluded from above policy.
Deposit Policy
Callaway Gardens requires a first night’s deposit charged to a valid credit card at time of confirmation. Deposit policy may vary during Special Events.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be changed 7 days prior to arrival to include cancellation or change in length of stay. Within 7 days of arrival, changes will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Cancellation policy may vary during Special Events.
