Requires a BA Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Business, and 2-4 years writing or editing experience. Theme park, ad agency or resort experience a plus.
Sales
Sales	Catering Manager	FT	Five years sales experience in a resort setting with diverse venues. Requires extensive knowledge of F&B. Develops new markets and builds on existing client base. Represents resort by conducting presentations and conferences with external groups. Promotes facilities and services by meeting customers, conducting property tours, participates in trade shows, industry and community events. Requires negotiation skills and computer skills. Delphi knowledge helpful. Ability to work weekends/holidays. Valid driver's license required.
Food and Beverage
Conference Setup	Houseperson / Sr	FT / PT	Culinary experience required. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must ensure standards of food quality. Ability to work flexible schedule to include week-ends and holidays.
Stewarding	Steward II	PT	Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food and beverage glassware, dishware, cookware and utensils. Responsible for cleaning of food and beverage areas; inventory materials; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; use chemicals. Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Second shift position.

Accounting
Accounting	Income Auditor	FT	Candidate must have accounting experience and knowledge of Excel. Must be able to understand financial information, data, and basic arithmetic functions. Requires managing the daily revenue cycle by preparing and posting the income journals. Two year diploma/certificate in Accounting from a Technical College helpful.
Guest Services
Guest Services/Rooms	Director of Guest Services	FT	Candidate must have three to five years management experience in a resort or hotel front office. Responsible for guest feedback through personal contact as well as survey data. Solid experience in Front Office including Front Desk, Night Audit, PBX, Bell staff, and Guest Services. Manages front office systems, supply inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue, as well as functioning as the manager on duty when needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Engineering
Engineering	Maintenance / Kitchen / Laundry Specialist	FT	Responsible for troubleshooting and performing basic mechanical, electrical maintenance, repair, installation and operation of all equipment and components. Must be able to comprehend work assignments and complete paperwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work weekends and holidays, and perform other duties as assigned. Valid driver's license required.
Housekeeping
Laundry	Laundry Worker	FT	Be able to lift at least 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, work in a hot environment, and have good hand/eye coordination in operating machinery. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Housekeeping - MCI, Villas, Cottages	Housekeeper	PT	Knowledge of basic cleaning skills and ability to use cleaning chemicals; able to accomplish task within a limited time period; able to stand and walk 8-10 hours; able to lift up to 30 lbs; have good communication skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Inn Housekeeping	Supervisor	FT	Requires supervisory skills and housekeeping skills. Inspects at last 50 rooms per day. Ability to climb stairs, able to stand and walk 8-10 hours; able to lift up to 30 lbs; have good communication skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Seasonal
Security	Security Officer	Temp	Responsible for being first responder to guests, team members, and property. Must have first aid/ CPR certification, valid driver's license, and excellent guest care and communications skills. Must be able to multi-task and able to work weekends and holidays.
FIL Operations	FIL Public Area Attd.	Temp	Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean restrooms and other public areas. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand and walk for long periods of time. Valid driver's license required. Good costumer service skills, able to work outside in cold weather, able to work weekends and holidays.
