Requires a BA Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Business, and 2-4 years writing or editing experience. Theme park, ad agency or resort experience a plus.
Reservations
Reservations	Leader II	FT	Minimum 3 years supervisory and training experience preferred. Excellent computer, telephone, and customer service skills required. Callaway Gardens knowledge and experience preferred. Ability to work flexible schedule, holidays, and week-ends.
Sales
Sales	Catering Manager	FT	Five years sales experience in a resort setting with diverse venues. Requires extensive knowledge of F&B. Develops new markets and builds on existing client base. Represents resort by conducting presentations and conferences with external groups. Promotes facilities and services by meeting customers, conducting property tours, participates in trade shows, industry and community events. Requires negotiation skills and computer skills. Delphi knowledge helpful. Ability to work weekends/holidays. Valid driver's license required.
Food and Beverage
Conference Setup	Houseperson / Sr	FT / PT	Culinary experience required. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must ensure standards of food quality. Ability to work flexible schedule to include week-ends and holidays.

Guest Services
Guest Services/Rooms	Director of Guest Services	FT	Candidate must have three to five years management experience in a resort or hotel front office. Responsible for guest feedback through personal contact as well as survey data. Solid experience in Front Office including Front Desk, Night Audit, PBX, Bell staff, and Guest Services. Manages front office systems, supply inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue, as well as functioning as the manager on duty when needed. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Retail	Sales Associate	PT	Excellent customer service skills, requires cash register skills, and money transaction experience. Able to work weekends and holidays.
Housekeeping

Inn Housekeeping	Supervisor	FT	Requires supervisory skills and housekeeping skills. Inspects at last 50 rooms per day. Ability to climb stairs, able to stand and walk 8-10 hours; able to lift up to 30 lbs; have good communication skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Education
Education	Intern-Horticulture	Temp	Involved in the practical, day-to-day maintenance of the Gardens. Work in Hort. displays, trails, production greenhouses, conservatories, including the Day Butterfly Center (entomology and horticulture) and vegetable garden. Requires manual labor and equipment operation plus hands-on with native and exotic plants, cultural tech. Interaction with the public. A college junior level standing is recommended for those majoring in landscape design, horticulture, entomology, botany, forestry, and related areas. Dates for position are late May - early August.
Education	Intern-Education	Temp	Conduct and assist with educational programs in home horticulture and natural history. Topics to include recycling, birds or reptiles, as well as topiaries, container gardening and design. Presentations include guided walks, hikes, demonstrations, and workshops. Requires excellent speaking and writing ability. Must posses enthusiasm, flexibility, and a love of the outdoors. A college junior level standing is recommended for those majoring in horticulture, education, natural history, forestry, botany, entomology and ecology. Dates for position are late May - early August.
