Our expert catering team at Callaway Gardens works closely with you to ensure that the food component of your event is one aspect you won’t have to worry about. Special Events Themed Menu Example: The Low Country Boil A unique southern specialty that is a dining adventure, featuring seafood, chicken, pork and lots of ‘fixins’ to satisfy your entire party. The Low Country Boil is best enjoyed outdoors at one of our scenic banquet settings. Green salad with assorted toppings compliment the baby shrimp salad and red-skin potato salad. Enjoy a real taste of the south when you bite into our peel-and-eat shrimp, lemon wedges, and spicy cocktail sauce. Our expert chefs also offer fried catfish, tartar sauce, and lemon wedges that your guests will love! Enjoy the wonderful summer while your taste-buds dance around kielbasa sausage, corn, crab, red-skin potatoes, all simmered together in a cast iron pot. This themed menu also includes: green beans, pecan pesto, oven roasted chicken, peach and blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream, dinner Rolls, and butter. Pricing for the dinner buffet and other custom menus range between $40.95 and $79.95 per person. Wedding Catering Our experienced wedding catering specialists will help you put together a menu that is sure to impress all your guests, and create a lasting impression on your special day! Mountain Creek® Inn is the perfect location for a wedding guest list of less than 100 people. All Vineyard Green Lounge functions require a minimum expenditure of $2,000.00 in food and beverages. John A. Sibley Horticultural Center
The Sibley Horticultural Center is ideal for up to 55 guests to have an amazing “sit down” meal. In addition, a menu of delicious hors d'oeuvres can be served for up-to 300 people. Functions are scheduled in the evenings, Monday through Sunday. Times vary seasonally. All functions require a minimum expenditure of $3,500.00 in food and beverages. Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center
The Callaway Discovery Center has a maximum capacity of 140 people for a seated menu, or 250 people for heavy hors d'oeuvres. Functions are scheduled in the evenings at 7:00 p.m. or later. All functions require a minimum food expenditure of $3500.00.
