* Meal plan begins with dinner on day of arrival and ends with breakfast and lunch on day of departure. Meals are based on Plant Room buffet prices.A surcharge will be incurred if you dine in other restaurants that exceed the Plant Room prices.
Registration fee DOES NOT include class materials or kits. Class kit fees will be charged to you December 1, 2009.
• Friday course fee is $50.00 plus kit fee.
• Your registration fee of $300.00 is to be paid by August 6, 2009.
Callaway accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. If you find that you will be unable to attend, your registration fee will be refunded if you notify us by November 2, 2009, the date registration closes. If you cancel after November 2nd, you are responsible for kit fees.
SPOUSE/GUEST PACKAGE
For those of you who have family members or spouses who might like to travel with you to Callaway, a special five-night accommodation package is available for $550.00 + tax. Included are three meals daily in the Plant Room Restaurant. A charge of $48.00 will be added for each guest attending the Farewell Banquet.
Anyone wishing to play golf will be entitled to a 30% discount on greens fees and golf cart.
