What does my Fantasy In Lights ticket include?
A ticket includes:

  • access to the Christmas Village, where there is Santa, shopping, food and more, which opens daily at 4 p.m.
  • one trip through the Fantasy In Lights drive with the option - at no additional cost - to ride the Jolly Trolley
  • one complimentary day admission to visit Callaway Gardens during the Fantasy In Lights season (a $20 per adult value)

How do I travel through Fantasy In Lights?
Guests can choose to see the lights in an open-air Jolly Trolley, the most popular option, or drive their personal vehicle. If you drive your personal vehicle, the route exits onto U. S. Hwy. 27.  At the end of the Fantasy In Lights route when you approach the highway, occupants in personal vehicles will need to be in the appropriate seatbelts/carseats.

Are tickets per person or per vehicle?
Fantasy In Lights tickets are per person. Children ages 5 and younger are admitted at no charge, but must have a “Free Child” ticket. Please be sure to specify children’s ages when ordering.

What are the Fantasy In Lights hours of operation?
Fantasy In Lights begins at 6 p.m.  Tickets are sold on the hour for Jolly Trolleys and the half-hour for personal vehicles.  Advance purchase is recommended.  For same-day purchases, tickets are base on first-available time slot.  Ending times flex daily based on volume of ticket sales.  We try to accomodate everyone but each evening at some point there is a "last trolley" time and a "last vehicle time."  It does take approximately one hour to see the lights.  The Christmas Village opens daily at 4 p.m. and closes one hour after the last trolley departs.

What are the Gardens hours of operation during Fantasy In Lights?
Your Fantasy In Lights admisison includes one complimentary admission to visit Callaway Gardens during the day between the date of your visit and the end of the Fantasy In Lights season (Jan. 7, 2017).  The Gardens are open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Is there a place to stay overnight? Are there any special packages? Recommended
Callaway Gardens offers a variety of Fantasy In Lights overnight packages that include admission to Fantasy In Lights as well as day admisison to the Gardens throughout your stay (a value of $20/adult; $10/child).  If you have a confirmed overnight reservation, you will receive your tickets in advance via email from ShowClix. Please check your inbox, deleted box, or spam/junk folder for tickets. When received, confirm the date, time and transportation selection on the tickets. Print your tickets to bring with you. Should I purchase tickets in advance (Recommended), or wait until I arrive?
To ensure your desired time and mode of transportation, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.  Tickets are sold on first available basis for the evening. Time slots and transportation options may be limited/sold out.  You should receive an email from "ShowClix" named "Receipt for Fantasy In Lights."  In that email, click View/Print.  Print your tickets prior to arrival.  There should be a seperate ticket for each one ordered.  Order tickets at least one day in advance for preferred time slot and vehicle type (open-air Jolly Trolley or personal vehicle). Are same-day ticket purchases handled differently?
Same-day tickets may be purchased online or by phone before 4 p.m.   If purchased online before 4 p.m., tickets will be sent by email.   If purchased by phone before 4 p.m., tickets will be waiting at the Ticket Center inside the Christmas Village, which opens at 4 p.m. daily. To order tickets,

I never received my tickets by email?
Check your inbox, deleted box, or spam/junk folder for tickets. When received, confirm the date, time, and transportation selection on the tickets. Print your tickets to bring with you.

What if it rains?
Fantasy In Lights is rain or shine.  Tickets are nonrefundable and will not be refunded due to inclement weather, unless Callaway Gardens deems the weather as dangerous. If needed, you may switch from trolley to personal vehicle but you need to enter at the same time slot on the original trolley ticket.

What special services are available for groups?
* For day ticket purchases by phone of more than $350, a 10% discount is available when requested during the ordering process.
* For overnight groups of 15 guests or more, please call 1.800.543.7121 or email sales@callawaygardens.com. For 60 or more guests, ask about reserving a private Jolly Trolley for your group!

Do you have any special nights to visit Fantasy In Lights?
While every night at Fantay In Lights is special, we do have unique ways to enjoy the lights on a few night including March of Dimes® Night Walk (Saturday, Nov. 12), Bicycle Night (Sunday, Nov. 13), Photography Night (Monday, Nov. 14), and New Year's Eve Party at Fantasy In Lights (Saturday, Dec. 31). Are there any other special events during Fantasy In Lights I should know about?
In addition to visiting the beautiful Gardens and their attractions, there are a few fun activities for families including

Is there a discount for Callaway Gardens Annual Passholders?
Annual Passholders receive a 50% discount (tax and service fee is additional) on Advance Purchase Value Date tickets, excluding Speciality Nights such as Night Walk, when purchased by phone at the number shown below.  Value Dates are shown in red on the Fantasy In Lights Pricing above.  Annual Passholders may purchase up to 10 tickets per night.  Annual Passholders interested in ordering tickets should call

Is there a discount for Military?
Military who purchase Value Date tickets in advanced by phone (1.800.852.3810) receive a $3 discount (tax and service fee are additional), excluding Prime Nights and Speciality Nights such as Night Walk.  Value Dates are shown in red on the Fantasy In Lights Pricing Calendar above. 
Military at Fort Benning also may visit the MWR Tickets & Travel Office to purchase discounted tickets.

Can I take my pet to Fantasy In Lights?
Other than certified service animals, pets are permitted in the personal vehicle of guests during the drive-through light show.  They are not allowed inside the Christmas Village or on the grounds at Robin Lake Beach.
