Accommodations

Please note: Roll-away beds are not permitted in any accommodation. Cribs are available upon request.

Cottage or Villa Selection

We will make every effort to ensure your Cottage or Villa selection. It is not possible to unconditionally guarantee a specific Cottage or Villa. The earlier you make your reservation, the easier it is for us to accommodate your preferred selection request.

Referral Discount

Refer a family who has not previously participated in the Summer Family Adventure program and when they book their 7-night SFA Cottage or Villa package, you will be awarded a $200 credit towards your SFA stay. Multiple referrals can be made, however total amount of credits and other discounts cannot exceed your room rate for one week of Summer Family Adventure. You’ll both need to be reserved for the same Summer in separate accommodations. They’ll enjoy the unique experience of Summer Family Adventure.  You’ll enjoy the $200 bonus!

Deposits and Prepayment

A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per Cottage or Villa, per week is required at time of booking. Date changes will be accepted based on availability. Tentative reservations that will be held for ten days pending receipt of deposit for guarantee.

Prepayment of your program reservation is required.  Guests who make reservations 60-90 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will be charged 50% payment at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.  Guests that make reservations less than 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival must make full payment at the time of booking.

Please contact the Reservations Department to arrange an alternate payment schedule. Guests that do not meet the established payment schedule and have not made arrangements for an alternative payment schedule may have their reservation canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation, the $200 deposit (charged at the time of booking) is non-refundable and non-transferable. If cancellation should occur within 90 days of the arrival date, an additional 20% of any monies received will be forfeited.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in guest accommodations. We will be happy to provide you with local kennel information.
