New Year’s Eve Celebration

Get away from the commotion of New Year’s Eve in the city and enjoy an elegant evening of dinner and dancing at Callaway Gardens. We’ll ring in 2013 at the Mountain Creek Ballrooms with a delightful three-course dinner, drinks, entertainment by the always-energetic Kidd Blue, and a midnight champagne toast.

With bell pepper confetti, salted grape tomatoes, julienne shallots, Kalamata olive vinaigrette, cucumber drizzle and cornbread croutons

CHOICE OF ENTREE
Curried Sea Bass
With black-eyed pea cake and red pepper coulis

Peppercorn Crusted Filet of Beef Tenderloin
With horseradish potato cake with fresh herbs

Both choices include Collard Green Ragout with crispy house-smoked pancetta and caramelized sweet onions.

DESSERT
Poached Pear
With raspberry champagne panna cotta and spiced pumpkin caramel
