Golf

Golf at Callaway Gardens is nothing less than awe-inspiring.  The superbly designed and meticulously maintained golf courses at Callaway Gardens, in beautiful Pine Mountain, Georgia, feature natural woodland borders and mountain lakes accented by the dramatic beauty of the Gardens. No other golf course in Georgia can deliver this combination of a magnificent natural setting and a rich golf tradition. Founder Cason Callaway believed that “playing golf should be a pleasant experience in beautiful surroundings” – and his vision has been surpassed by the Callaway golf experience.

The Callaway Gardens Golf Courses

Whether you’re looking for a leisurely golf outing with friends, or the thrill of a PGA caliber match, an array of challenges, for golfers of every skill level and age, await you on one of Callaway Gardens’ immaculate golf courses.

Some of the game’s best players have been tested by the Mountain View Championship Golf Course. Designed by world-famous architect Dick Wilson, this 7,057 yard par 72 course was home to the PGA tour’s Buick Challenge for over a decade. Mountain View features pristine white sand bunkers, tree-lined fairways, and the ever-intriguing par-5 15th hole, one of the hardest par-5 holes in the nation.

The Lake View Golf Course has 18 holes of golfing bliss, where gorgeous scenery can be seen at every turn. Designed by Dick Wilson and J. B. McGovern, Lake View is Callaway Gardens’ original golf course. Featuring nine water hazards and lush landscaping of azaleas, dogwoods and seasonal flowers, Lake View is sure to be as challenging as it is picturesque.
