Day Guests

Callaway Gardens is open year-round, seven days a week. Current hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 are Special Event Admission days.

*Special Event Admission applies to the following:
     • Celebrate Spring!/Azalea Season (March-April)
     • Memorial Day Weekend Festival Featuring the Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament
     • July 4th Star Spangled Beach Party
     • Sky High Hot Air Balloon Festival (Labor Day Weekend)

Callaway Gardens’ goal is to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. Please assist us by following these simple guidelines:
• Motorcycles and scooters are not allowed in the Gardens. Power-driven mobility devices for guests with disabilities are permitted.
• Bicycles and Golf Carts are available for rent. Carts must be driven on Callaway Gardens roadways only and bicycles should remain on designated bicycle paths. Georgia law requires children younger than 16 to wear a helmet when biking.
• The Discovery Bicycle Trail is designed for bicycles. Walkers and joggers please use caution.
• Pets are not allowed inside any Callaway Gardens building except for a limited number of pet-designated guest rooms in the Mountain Creek Inn. Pets are allowed in outdoor areas except within Robin Lake Circle, which includes the Robin Lake Beach and picnic areas, and the Discovery Amphitheater. Service animals are permitted. Please dispose of litter properly.  Pets must be on a leash at all times and are the responsiblity of the owner.
• Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages into Callaway Gardens.
• Grilling is permitted in the Pine Needle Point and Hickory Hollow picnic areas on the west side of Robin Lake Beach.
• Please be considerate of other guests with your entertainment.
• Please check at Kingfisher Outfitters or the Boathouse for designated fishing areas. Bank fishing is not permitted.
• Please refrain from soliciting at Callaway Gardens.
