Cecil’s Hunt – Epic Scavenger Hunt

Cecil’s Hunt, an epic scavenger hunt across Callaway. This hunt will have you and your team searching up and down and all around. Put on your sleuthing shoes and embark on Callaway’s ultimate adventure!

– Must be present to win.
– Teams may consist of up to 4 registered members. Contestants must register between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 21st, at the Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center. Contestants will receive the Cecil’s Hunt List and must agree to abide by all rules and regulations. Any contestant breaking any rules at any time will forfeit their team’s registration and lose any chance at winning the grand prize. To be eligible to win, contestants must check in with all of the items they’ve collected by 5:00 PM, Saturday, September 21st.
– Contestants are judged on completeness and accuracy of the items requested. There will be only one grand prize winning team.
– The Grand Prize is non-transferable. It must be used by the winner of Cecil’s Hunt.
– Rewards included in this package cannot be separated. They must be used during a single visit to CRG.
– Rewards can be added to an overnight package, in which case they can be used the day before or the day after the overnight stay.
If the winner elects not to add the rewards to an overnight package, Gardens admission (up to four) is included in the Grand Prize and rewards must be used during the day of the visit.
– Any included rewards not used during the two days of an overnight stay, or the single day of a day-visit, are voided.
– One reward per Grand Prize winning team is awarded for the following: Callaway Cruiser rental, boat rental, and gift shop gift card.
– One reward per adult participant of the Grand Prize winning team, up to four, is awarded for the following: massage, tennis, golf, and free beverage at Cason’s Tap Room.
– One reward per participant of the Grand Prize winning team, up to four, is awarded for the following: Tree Top Adventure and bike rental.
– Grand Prize cannot be redeemed during any of Callaway Resort & Gardens’ signature events.
– The Grand Prize winning team will receive a certificate and must call the Callaway Resort & Gardens Information Center in advance when ready to redeem the certificate for the various rewards.
– The second place winner receives Fantasy In Lights tickets for 4.
– The third place winner receives a free S’mores dessert at Callaway’s newest restaurant, Spirit of ’52.
– Callaway Resort & Gardens employees are not eligible for prizes.
