We invite guests to disconnect from the busy patterns of everyday life and completely submerge themselves in the wonderment of beautiful healing land as we take ourselves to a place of encouragement, awareness, being still and overall self nourishment for the body, mind and spirit, through nature.
Retreats are designed and created for everybody’s body and no level of expertise is required to attend, only a willingness to learn and explore a path to wellness. Each guest will experience a spiritual journey of self discovery intended to completely nourish, console and inspire each individual to be their best self.
Weekend Retreats facilitated by owner of IFC, Amy Fendley, leads guests towards immersing in Rest and Relaxation, Soulful Conversations, Personal Intention Setting, Purposeful Journaling, Restful Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Yoga / Yoga Stretch Therapy, Light Exercise, Nutrition discussion, and much more.
Wellness Weekends:
January 18-20, 2019 – Rejuvenation Immersion – This multi day retreat is designed for guests to dive deep into nurturing the mind, heart, soul and spirit through the connection of intention setting, writing, body, breath and heart work.
April 26-28, 2019 – Mind Cleanse – This multi day retreat is designed for each guest to learn the necessary steps toward identifying priorities, breaking the habit of always being busy & connected and adopting a new love of being disconnected & less committed.
June 7-9, 2019 – Spirit Senses & Self Enrichment – This multi day retreat is designed for each guest to dive deep into a meditation immersion weekend of scent, sight, touch, mindfulness, renewing our mindset & taking necessary self love measures to fill our own soul cup first.
September 20-22, 2019 – Life in Balance – This multi day retreat is designed for guests who desire a better work / life balance. Each guest will experience a mindful sensory journey through submersion in nature where smell, our breath, heartbeat & body awareness is our focus. This retreat is dedicated to tap into the soul & emotional well-being of each guest on a deep level.
