DAY ONE | Welcome
4:00 pm – Arrival and Check In
At Leisure – Hike, bike, or stroll around our 2,500 acre property
*Bike rentals end around 5:30 p.m.
7:30 pm – Dinner at Piedmont Dining Room, our steakhouse, and split a piece of our famous chocolate cake!
9:30 pm – Spend the night on Cason’s Tap Room‘s Patio (Thursday – Saturday Nights experience Cason’s Live | Singer-songwriter Series)
8:00 am – Breakfast at the Country Kitchen
9:30 am – Rent Kayaks or Canoes* & paddle around Mountain Creek Lake – or – Gather the troops for 18 holes on either our Mountain View or Lake View Course
11:00 am – Lunch at Champions Grille – featuring an appetizing selection of salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, fries, and craft beers.
Feeling Relaxed? – Check out our award-winning Spa
Feeling Adventurous? – Explore the gardens on two wheels or by kayak/canoe! Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel, Organ Concert, Various Garden Hikes. Tour the Discovery Center & Catch a Birds of Prey Show.
Feeling Sporty? – Set up a tennis lesson for the group!
7:00 pm – Dinner at Cason’s Tap Room
9:00 am – Early Check-Out
9:15 am – Quick Breakfast at the Piedmont Dining Room
Have time? Explore our Gardens more! Rent a bike or a cruiser!
11:00 am – Swing into TreeTop Adventure for a final adrenaline rush (Times may vary – View schedule online)
1:00 pm – Departure
