Our Vision – “Inspired by those before us, we will leave for those who follow, a legacy which benefits mankind.” This was the vision of Cason & Virginia Callaway, and we aspire to fulfill it through a number of events and programs that reach far beyond the boundaries of the Gardens, into the local community, and throughout the country.
Callaway Wellness Programs – Created with the Callaway mission & vision in mind, Callaway Wellness Leader, Amy Fendley has personally designed approachable, holistic, educational Wellness Programs that are beneficial to everybody’s body & well-being. Callaway Wellness Programs are offered to all visitors, guests and residents of Callaway Resort & Gardens as an instructor driven, guided path toward complete health & wellness. Callaway Wellness Programs are purposeful & effective pathways for those who wish to dive deep into mind, body & spiritual experiences while on beautiful Callaway property. Nestled among 2,500 acres of mother nature’s incredible landscape, Callaway Wellness Programs take place in organic, eden-like spaces so that participants have the opportunity to connect with nature, be still, breathe & partake in the simple act of disconnecting from the busyness of life.
January 17-19 (Courage, Clarity & Confidence)
Courage is vulnerability. Vulnerability is courage. Like shadow and light, neither one can exist without the other. —Wai Lan Yue. Join us as we unpack our mental suitcase and repack with the necessary things we need vs the heavy things we choose to carry. During this retreat, we will talk about 4 important C’s in our life with CAN being the 4th. What makes up your personal ingredients? Join us and let’s find out.
February 7-9 (Conscious Living)
More than just mindful living – conscious living is a step deeper. Living consciously helps us greet each day with intention, gratitude and appreciation. During this retreat, we will dive into practices of seeing, acting, pulling the weeds and replanting the “good stuff” as we tend the garden of our hearts and minds.
April 10-12 (An Attitude of Gratitude)
An attitude of gratitude means adopting a habit to express thankfulness and appreciation in all parts of your life, for both the big and small things! Join us as we dive into a weekend of positive perspective, adopting an attitude of gratitude, embracing where we are, where we want to be – and then going after it!
June 5-7 (Wellness & Wisdom)
Nutrition education, physical movement, meditation and laughter. This weekend of wellness will encompass holistic healing through taught lifestyle processes toward a healthier YOU! Join us as we submerge ourselves in all things health ~ inside out and from head to toe!
August 28-30 (Transformation Workshop)
This retreat is designed for guests who desire BIGGER & BETTER. Better habits, bigger visions, better daily practices, and going beyond the way you live and being handed the tools to MAKE IT HAPPEN! We will unpack our body pantry, discuss our ingredients and send the junk packing.
September 18-20 (Mindful > Mind Full)
Forest bathing, balanced Chakras, daily sensory journey’s, guided meditation & yoga therapy ~ together we will uncover inner wisdom while having plenty of fun as we channel into our inner child among Mother Nature’s ultimate playground.
October 23-25 (Earthing & Rebirthing)
Chock full of meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, absorbing energy from mother earth herself, sensory practices, stillness, breath awareness, shedding the old and rebuilding the new – this retreat is purposefully designed for each guest to press pause on the busyness of life and soak in all that is good. We will find what feels good to each of us & settle in for 3 days of much needed health healing.
