The new Season Pass Program includes even greater discounts and new savings on Merchandise, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Lodging, Spa & Golf so you can stay, savor, relax and unwind! In addition to enjoying every season at Callaway, there is an enhanced mobile app experience for easy benefit redemption and NEW exclusive member-only events for Gold and Diamond Passholders.

Yes – and it will be an easy process no matter your choice!  Guests who purchase a season pass online will have the ability to upload their own photo, which appears on their digital season pass. Guests purchasing a season pass in person will have their photo taken at time of purchase, which is printed on the season pass. In addition, passes may be purchased in person in various locations on-property to include: the Lodge, the Discovery Center, the Visitor Center, Robin Lake Beach and the Main Gate area.

Once you purchase a new Season Pass, you’ll receive an email with simple activation steps that may be completed online. It’s fast and easy! Each new pass will be issued to all passholders, versus one per household. Guests will create an online account through our website. This will allow each passholder ease of access to their season pass as well as any additional perks that may be included like Bring-A-Friend tickets. Passholders can also link other Season Passes to more than one online account. If preferred, passholders who purchase a pass can still request a printed Season Pass card in-person.

Gold and Diamond passholders are eligible to receive free, one-time guest tickets to share with friends.  

Gold – 2 tickets 

Diamond – 4 tickets  

Redeem them during your season pass year at the Main Gate or email/print from your online account.

While Season Passes can be linked to online accounts, extra perks (like Bring-A-Friend tickets) stay in the original purchaser’s account. However, these can still be shared with family and friends by printing or emailing them.

Your Season Pass includes discounts on overnight accommodations at Callaway Resort & Gardens, food and beverage, gift shop purchases, recreation, programming, rentals, golf, spa and select, ticketed special events. Discounts vary by season pass tier level and some restrictions apply, based on availability.

Season Passes are valid from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. With the 2025/2026 Season Pass, you will receive unlimited access to the Gardens & Robin Lake Beach on regular operating days, plus additional savings and discounts for 2025 and 2026.

Multiple passholder tiers include Bring-a-Friend Free passes. Additionally Season Passholders receive a discount on Gardens Admission for friends and family. Resort discounts vary by Passholder tier level. If you’re in a qualifying tier, redemption of your Bring- a- Friend Free tickets will be available through your online account. Beyond this perk, passholders may purchase additional admission tickets for a set discounts (varies by tier).

Each passholder will receive a digital card. Each card will feature the passholder’s name, photo and link to the individual account. These cards may be uploaded electronically to a smartphone for ease of access or physical cards may be distributed upon request. Additional cards may be requested for a nominal fee. 

Child: Ages 4-12 

Adult: Ages 13 and older 

Senior: Ages 65+  

Children younger than the age of 4 will not require a Season Pass.

Season Passes may be purchased online through our website: www.callawaygardens.com. In addition, Season Passes may be purchased in person in various locations on-property to The Lodge, the Discovery Center, the Visitor Center and Robin Lake Beach.

To better understand and serve our guests, all visitors to Callaway Resort & Gardens will now have their Gardens Admission Ticket or Season Pass scanned upon entry at all gated points. This includes passholders, day guests, groups and other ticket holders.

As Callaway Resort & Gardens goes through this transition, some current members/passholders may not yet have a scannable code located on their pass. In these instances, guests will be scanned in with a special code at the main entrance gate.
