Callaway Resort & Gardens’ Season Pass Program is designed to bring you even more value on each visit and more enjoyment across our breathtaking 2,500-acre resort.

For existing Members, you will be upgraded to the following new Season Pass tier:

Activate Your Season Pass

To activate your membership within the new Season Pass Program and receive your entitlements, you’ll need to create an Online Account. It only takes a few minutes! Steps to activate your Digital Pass:  

  1. Create your Online Account
  2. Scroll down to Passes and select Link Pass
  3. Click + Add Pass to expand
  4. Input your Member ID and associated zip code
  5. Select Add Pass to link to your pass(es)
  6. Follow the prompts to fill in any missing information from your membership record (if applicable). If you’re a CURRENT MEMBER, Select Submit Update for each individual to complete your submission. Pro Tip: Save time on your next visit by uploading your season pass photo in advance.
  7. Once completed, click Return to Account to view your digital pass(es) and explore all of your new perks!

Frequently Asked Questions

Your membership will remain in place until it’s due to expire and you’ll still be able to use the benefits that were included in your initial membership package.  Once our system changes take place on August 19, 2025, your membership will change to the new tier of our season pass program.   As an example, a Standard Membership will transition to a Silver Season Pass.  The new benefit structure such as discounts offered on items that include recreation amenities, golf, spa, lodging and more will immediately take effect.  The only items that will not carry over are those benefits already received when you joined the Membership program or Renewed your Membership – such as Bring-A-Friend Free tickets.  Ultimately, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted access through your membership’s expiration.

Most benefits will carry over - plus new ones at no extra cost.

You will need to create a NEW season pass account to activate new benefits associated with the program.  Once you create your account, your membership benefits will transition to the new tier associated with the Season Pass Program immediately.

Your Membership ID will be listed on your card and will be on your Online Account once you activate your Season Pass Membership. If you still can't access your membership ID, please call 1-800-CALLAWAY and provide the first and last name on the Membership Account.

To access between the time your membership expires and the new pass activation time of January 1, 2026, a 2025/2026 Season Pass can be purchased--which is a bundled savings to provide uninterrupted access to Callaway Resort & Gardens through December 31, 2026!

Callaway’s new Season Pass Program reimagines our current Membership program with three exciting levels—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—each offering more value to enjoy amenities throughout the property and year-round access to everything you love. Yes. Season Passes are sold individually and are non-transferable, so only one person can be associated with each unique member ID. However, Passholders can also link other Season Passes to more than one online account, for example in the case of a legal guardian linking a child’s Season Pass to their Account. 

Passes are valid from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.  If your membership expires before the end of the year, 2025-2026 Season Passes are available for purchase – ensuring you won’t miss a moment at Callaway Resort & Gardens.

A full list of benefits and discounts will always be displayed on the Passholder Hub Page. Once your Season Pass is activated, in the Online Account or mobile app, you can view your active entitlements there. To redeem them, display them on your smartphone from your  Online Account or simply pull them up on the Callaway Resort & Gardens mobile app once you arrive at Main Gate. You can also print them at home before your visit, but we'd recommend the environmentally friendly, digital route.

Currently, memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. To see when your current membership expires, you can either view your physical membership card, sign into your Online Account and/or Mobile App.  
 
Uniquely this year, we are offering a 2025/2026 Season Pass option when you buy your 2026 Season Pass – where you’ll unlock the unlimited Gardens Admission and discounts of 2026 Season Pass now, with exception of Bring a Friend Tickets (deposited into accounts at the beginning of 2026).

Your pass includes discounts on overnight accommodations at Callaway Resort & Gardens, food and beverage, gift shop purchases, recreation, programming, rentals, golf, spa and select ticketed special events. Discounts vary by season pass tier level and items may be subject to availability.

Upon renewal to the Season Pass Program, each passholder will be issued a card.  Each card will feature the passholders name and photo and link to the individual account.  These cards may be uploaded electronically to a smartphone for ease of access or formal cards may be distributed.

Child: Ages 4-12 

Adult: Ages 13 and older 

Senior: Ages 65+  

Children younger than the age of 4 will not require a Season Pass.

Season passes may be purchased in the online environment through our website. In addition, passes may be purchased in-person in various locations on site to include: The Lodge, the Discovery Center, the Visitor Center, Robin Lake Beach and the Main Gate area.

To better understand and serve our guests, all visitors to Callaway Resort & Gardens will now have their Gardens Admission Ticket or Season Pass/Membership Card scanned in upon entry at all gated points.  This includes passholders, day guests, groups and other ticket holders. For the greatest ease, it’s recommended to present electronic passes downloaded on your smartphone device.

As Callaway Resort & Gardens goes through this transition, some current members/passholders may not yet have a scannable code located on their pass. In these instances, guests will be scanned in with a special code at the entrance gate.

Callaway Resort & Gardens Season Passes are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of the person named on the Season Pass. All pass tiers do include discounts on regular paid admissions.

Members without smartphone access can use their physical Season Pass Card. If you do not have a smartphone or a physical card, please visit a member of the team on-property, or call 1-800-CALLAWAY.

There are multiple areas on property to find assistance.  These include the Visitor’s Center, the Lodge, the Discovery Center, Robin Lake Beach and any of our guest booths located at the main gate entrance.  If you’d rather call, dial 1-800–CALLAWAY or email membership@callawaygardens.com and a member of our team would be more than happy to assist you.
