Visit March 13-May 10 to Experience the World's Largest Azalea Garden in Bloom
PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (February 19, 2026) - Spring arrives in spectacular fashion at Callaway Resort & Gardens as the March 13-May 10 celebration showcases the world's largest azalea garden in peak bloom alongside the debut of new Food & Wine Weekends.
Spring at Callaway, sponsored by Humana, (formerly known as Celebrate Spring) takes center stage as vibrant colors, immersive garden experiences and curated seasonal events unfold across 2,500 acres in picturesque Pine Mountain.
Food & Wine Weekends
New this year, Spring at Callaway expands with the debut of Food & Wine Weekends — a seasonal culinary celebration designed to unfold alongside the gardens in bloom. Each weekend guests can enjoy live music, open-air gathering spaces and curated tasting experiences that bring fresh spring flavors to life in a relaxed yet refined setting.
At the heart of the experience is the guided Tasting Tour, where guests will receive a five, or 10 item tasting lanyard, allowing them to sip and savor their way through chef-curated small plates thoughtfully paired with select wines. With trolley transportation available to guide guests through the experience, each stop highlights seasonal ingredients and Southern-inspired flavors, allowing guests to stroll, sample and linger amid vibrant garden backdrops. It's an experience that blends the energy of a spring festival with the sophistication of a wine tasting — all set against 2,500 acres of natural beauty.
An exclusive Food & Wine Weekends Resort Package is available and includes overnight accommodations at Callaway's award-winning resort & spa, a $50 food and beverage credit, two five-item tasting tour lanyards and gardens admission.
The Gardens
The season unfolds in stages, with new blossoms cresting each week. It's a rare window when nature calls visitors outdoors — inviting them to slow down, wander and experience spring at its most spectacular time. Tulips line winding pathways, dogwoods bloom overhead and seasonal annuals layer texture and color throughout Callaway Resort & Garden's 2,500-acre landscape. The 40-acre Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl is home to thousands of azaleas in more than 700 varieties burst into sweeping waves of pink, coral, lavender and crimson beneath towering Georgia pines.
