Location & Times: Meet at the Lodge & Spa at Callaway Gardens at 5:45 p.m. to board the Trolley for transport to the the Discovery Center for dinner. Happy hour will be from 6:15-6:45 p.m. with the first course beginning promptly afterward.
Join us for our signature culinary series at Callaway Resort & Gardens as we tell the stories that connect gardens to tables through agriculture, foraging, and more. In this chapter of our series, we are excited to feature Richland Rum from Richland Georgia. Hear the story of how fresh sugar cane is grown and farmed right here in Georgia and transformed into award-winning, single estate rum. Taste multiple expressions of their high-quality rum, meticulously paired with a 5+ course dinner carefully prepared by our executive chefs. In the beautiful setting of our Discovery Center, enjoy an evening that will start with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception and the accompanying music from a live Jazz Trio, followed by a presentation by Richland Rum while you partake in a delicious, robust dinner.
